Order Processing and Delivery

Once processed, estimated delivery takes between 7-12 business days.

Returns and Refunds

Customers have 14 calendar days from delivery date to request a return.

To qualify for return, products must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless items are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned merchandise.

After this 24-hour period, order processing may have begun, and cancellation may not be possible.
